Jordan seems to be the forgotten middle child of the Middle East. Lacking the parties of Lebanon, the extreme human warmth of Syria, and the political tumult of Israel, it’s known mostly for Petra and its winsome queen.
It’s a shame. Jordan has its share of treasures, starting in its misunderstood capital city. Enjoy our favourite photos from our 12 days there.
