A most worthy quest. Inquire at Lebanese-run shops or a bakery like Adonis. If it’s available, someone will know.

Great idea re: Adonis. Will also check at Amal Bohsali in St-Laurent, which, if you don’t know it, makes incredible baklava and serves up kneffeh (I’m pretty sure that’s it) on certain days. I shall report back!
